Tech Solutions by Okan is selling various services. These services will be delivered usually within 2 weeks. Yet, depending on the service we will give you information via your mail.

If you’ve made a payment and you want to request a refund, you can contact [email protected].
If you request a refund via our mail or contact form within 30mins of purchase, you will be refunded no-questions asked. Please note that we can’t control how long banks & card providers and financial institutions take to process the refund. We will do our part and initiate the refund within 1 week.
If you take longer than 30 mins after the purchase to request a refund, we will do so only if we haven’t spent any time on the purchased service.
If we did the work and you’re not satisfied with the work and you want a refund, our team will investigate if the work is done properly or not. If the work has flaws indeed, we will do the refund.
For flawed work, please contact us within 14 days to request a refund. If you take longer than 14 days to report flawed work the refund request will be denied.
